Welcome to the JA Coles PTA Email registration page. Keeping you informed, connected and involved is a goal of the JA Coles PTA and an important facet of your child's educational experience. In an effort to conserve paper, the JA Coles PTA uses email to communicate a great deal of information to the JA Coles community. By opting in to our email system, you will receive the following information:
  • Non-emergency Coles School and Board of Education Information
  • PTA Event Notices & Flyers
  • PTA Volunteer Requests
  • PTA Weekly Reminders (weekly event & deadline reminders)
  • BOE-approved local community information (i.e., recreation flyers, camp flyers, sports sign-ups, etc.)

HONEYWELL EMEREGENCY ALERT SYSTEM - The Scotch Plains-Fanwood school district utilizes a Honeywell Emergency Alert System for emergency contact purposes. YOU MUST also complete the Honeywell registration. Information about the Honeywell System is available at the district website: http://www.spfk12.org.
